आवेदन के चरण / Application Steps

पोर्टल पंजीकरण / Portal Registration

सर्वप्रथम इस पोर्टल पर अपना खाता बनाएँ। मोबाइल नम्बर एवं ई-मेल द्वारा OTP सत्यापन आवश्यक है। First, create your account on this portal. OTP verification via mobile number and email is required.

पात्रता जाँच / Eligibility Check

पोर्टल पर दी गई पात्रता शर्तों की जाँच करें तथा सुनिश्चित करें कि आप सभी शर्तों को पूरा करते हैं। Check the eligibility conditions on the portal and ensure you fulfil all the criteria.

आवेदन प्रपत्र भरें / Fill Application Form

ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रपत्र में सभी आवश्यक जानकारी सही-सही भरें। जिला एवं दुकान श्रेणी का चयन करें। Fill in all required details correctly in the online form. Select your district and shop category.

दस्तावेज़ अपलोड / Upload Documents

सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ों की स्कैन प्रतियाँ (PDF / JPG प्रारूप में, अधिकतम 2 MB प्रति फ़ाइल) अपलोड करें। Upload scanned copies of all required documents (PDF / JPG format, max 2 MB per file).

शुल्क भुगतान / Fee Payment

आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान ऑनलाइन माध्यम (नेट बैंकिंग / डेबिट कार्ड / UPI) से करें। भुगतान की रसीद सुरक्षित रखें। Pay the application fee online (Net Banking / Debit Card / UPI). Keep the payment receipt safe.

पुष्टि एवं प्रिंट / Confirmation & Print

सफल भुगतान के पश्चात् आवेदन की पुष्टि हो जाएगी। आवेदन पत्र एवं भुगतान रसीद का प्रिंट लें तथा भविष्य के सन्दर्भ हेतु सुरक्षित रखें। After successful payment, the application will be confirmed. Print the application form and payment receipt for future reference.

भुगतान प्रक्रिया / Payment Process

आवेदन प्रपत्र सफलतापूर्वक भरने के पश्चात् आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान ऑनलाइन माध्यम से करना अनिवार्य है। निम्नलिखित भुगतान विकल्प उपलब्ध हैं। After successfully filling the application form, payment of the application fee through online mode is mandatory. The following payment options are available:

नेट बैंकिंग / Net Banking: किसी भी राष्ट्रीयकृत अथवा अनुसूचित बैंक के इण्टरनेट बैंकिंग द्वारा भुगतान करें। Pay through internet banking of any nationalized or scheduled bank.
डेबिट कार्ड / Debit Card: RuPay, Visa अथवा MasterCard डेबिट कार्ड द्वारा भुगतान किया जा सकता है। Payment can be made using RuPay, Visa, or MasterCard debit cards.
UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM UPI अथवा किसी भी UPI ऐप द्वारा भुगतान करें। Pay using Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM UPI, or any UPI app.
NEFT / RTGS: बड़ी राशि के भुगतान हेतु NEFT अथवा RTGS का विकल्प भी उपलब्ध है। NEFT or RTGS option is also available for large amount payments.

भुगतान सफल होने पर एक ट्रांज़ैक्शन आईडी (Transaction ID) उत्पन्न होगी जिसे भविष्य में सन्दर्भ हेतु सुरक्षित रखें। भुगतान असफल होने पर राशि 3-5 कार्य दिवसों में स्वतः वापस हो जाएगी।
Upon successful payment, a Transaction ID will be generated which should be kept safe for future reference. In case of payment failure, the amount will be automatically refunded within 3-5 working days.

महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश / Important Instructions

आवेदन प्रपत्र भरने से पूर्व पात्रता शर्तों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ लें। Read the eligibility conditions carefully before filling the application form.
सभी जानकारी अपने आधिकारिक दस्तावेज़ों के अनुसार ही भरें। नाम, जन्म तिथि एवं आधार संख्या में कोई त्रुटि न करें। Fill in all information as per your official documents. Do not make errors in name, date of birth, and Aadhaar number.
एक मोबाइल नम्बर एवं ई-मेल से केवल एक ही आवेदन किया जा सकता है। Only one application can be made from a single mobile number and email.
आवेदन शुल्क अप्रतिदेय (non-refundable) है। किसी भी स्थिति में शुल्क वापसी का प्रावधान नहीं है। The application fee is non-refundable. There is no provision for fee refund under any circumstances.
दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करते समय फ़ाइल का आकार 2 MB से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए तथा फ़ाइल PDF अथवा JPG प्रारूप में होनी चाहिए। While uploading documents, the file size should not exceed 2 MB and the file should be in PDF or JPG format.
आवेदन जमा करने के पश्चात् आवेदन संख्या (Application Number) नोट कर लें। इसके बिना आवेदन की स्थिति जाँचना सम्भव नहीं होगा। Note down the Application Number after submitting the application. Without it, checking the application status will not be possible.
किसी भी तकनीकी समस्या के लिए हेल्पडेस्क से सम्पर्क करें। कार्य दिवसों में प्रातः 10:00 बजे से सायं 5:00 बजे तक सहायता उपलब्ध है। For any technical issue, contact the helpdesk. Support is available on working days from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
अन्तिम तिथि के दिन सर्वर पर अत्यधिक भार की सम्भावना रहती है, अतः समय रहते आवेदन करें। There is a possibility of heavy server load on the last date, so apply well in advance.

महत्वपूर्ण सूचना / Important Notice

वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 हेतु शराब दुकान लॉटरी के ऑनलाइन आवेदन की अन्तिम तिथि विभाग द्वारा पृथक अधिसूचना द्वारा घोषित की जाएगी। आवेदकों से अनुरोध है कि वे नियमित रूप से पोर्टल की सूचना अनुभाग देखते रहें। सभी आवेदकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अन्तिम तिथि की प्रतीक्षा न करें तथा समय से पूर्व अपना आवेदन पूर्ण करें।

The last date for online application for the liquor shop lottery for FY 2025-26 will be announced by the department through a separate notification. Applicants are requested to regularly check the notices section of the portal. All applicants are advised not to wait for the last date and complete their application well in advance.
